This journey is an introduction to the world of cacao medicine, a deep contact with its energy, its lessons, and its calling. It is crossing the veil of the unknown to discover yourself in a new light. In this sacred calling, we are invited to walk a path of surrender, learning, and transformation. Cacao medicine, with its loving and ancestral frequency, will guide us through a deep rite of passage, a dive into the soul to awaken the connection with the mysteries of existence.
This journey is a gateway for those who wish to walk with this medicine consciously. Before offering rituals and holding sacred spaces for others, it is essential to walk the path of self-healing.
This experience will bring keys and foundations for beginning a continuous and deep study. In this journey, we will work with the four elements, essential for our balance and spiritual expansion:

ABOUT THE
LOCATION
The retreat will be in Tortolì, Ogliastra, Sardinia. Tortolì is a small town between the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea and the beautiful mountains of the Gennargentu. Ogliastra is known for its natural beauty and breathtaking views, it has various archaeological sites left by native peoples, and it is rich in culture and traditions. The retreat will be in a rural house a 20-minute walk from the famous and clear coastline of Orrì. The house has seven double rooms, two large kitchens and plenty of outdoor space surrounded by the Mediterranean flora and fauna. An ideal place to retreat, be in touch with nature and immerse oneself in the cacao medicine.
FOOD & ACOMODATION
Palaniedda is a countryside house surrounded by the greenery of a peaceful private property.The house is located 1.5 km from the wonderful Lido di Orrì and 2 km from Tortolì.
Accommodation is in a twin room. We will serve vegetarian meals.
Check in on Wednesday the 10th of September anytime after 3pm.
Check out is on Tuesday, the 16th of September by 10am.
Regarding transport, the best airport to arrive is Cagliari (as it’s better connected to Tortolì) or Olbia (as the second option). On the arrival day you need to be in Tortolì by 7pm if you want to participate to the opening, so it means you would need to be in Cagliari ideally by 3pm. In any case, speak with Isha before getting your flights and facilitating the logistic in Sardinia.

I am Jurema Medicine Woman, seeker, and healer of myself.
I am Water that flows, Earth that sustains, Fire that transforms, and Air that inspires. I am Nature, alive and in constant motion. I am Shaktí, the cosmic feminine energy that dances in creation. I walk the path of the Shamanism of the Great Mother, honoring the cycles of life and the Earth.
In my journey, I recognized my calling to serve Pachamama, the Great Mother, and chose to live and serve her beauty and mystery.
I belong to the Terra Mirim Movement, a shamanic community in the heart of Bahia - Brazil.
I was initiated by the dear Shaman Alba Maria in the ways of Shamanic Yoga and the mysteries of the Four Elements that sustain life. I am a mother, artist, teacher, and an eternal wanderer.
Nine years ago, I received the sacred teachings of Cacao Medicine, guided by the Venezuelan Shaman, Daniela Oliveiros.
I then integrated the wisdom of three ancient cultures – Yoga, Shamanism, and Medicinal Cacao – through profound experiences, studies, and the life-and-death passages that shaped my essence.
In February I had a profound, life changing immersive cacao journey initiation with Nana Marina Cruz , an Maya spiritual guide in Guatemala.
Today, I dedicate myself to sharing my learnings, offering my knowledge as seeds, inspiring seeking hearts to bloom in love and consciousness.
And thus I spoke!
Besides being a lecturer in Human Geography at the University of Salford in Manchester (UK), Isha Francesca Fois is an apprentice shaman, Ayurveda Wellness coach and environmental and hiking guide who has been initiating into the Shamanism of the Four Elements by XamAM Alba Maria from Terra Mirim community (Brazil) for over 12 years.
Isha considers herself an ambassador of Mother Nature and guides people in a process of self-knowledge and reconnection to themselves through shamanic practices. She has been organizing shamanic retreats and journeys in England, Sardinia, Brazil and Egypt for over 10 years.
Born and raised in Ogliastra, Isha has always been a wanderer and explorer of this planet. Inspired by the sounds of the Amazon and the landscape of the Andes, after visiting rural and traditional communities and indigenous tribes in Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina and China, a dream brings her back to Sardinia in 2021 where she continues her life journey and shamanic path.

The facilitator is not liable for damages of a spiritual, physical, psychological or material kind.
Please note: Cacao medicine doses are not recommended for people who are taking antidepressants (Cacao contains MAO inhibitors), or who have a serious heart condition, or have very high blood pressure or suffer from epilepsy. Pregnant women may take smaller amounts.
